List at least ten (10) physical activities that you do on your daily life and explain how this
activities benefits you.
 Dancing

 Gardening
 House cleaning
 Climbing stairs
 Washing the dishes
 Taking out the trash
 Morning walk
 Playing with pets
- Through these activities we can be physically fit without consuming too much time
because some of these were already included in our daily routine.

1. What is Physical Fitness?


- Physical fitness is ability of our body system to do a daily task without having too
much effort.
2. What are the components of Physical Fitness?
- The components of physical fitness are muscular endurance, muscular power,
cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance and many more.
3. Give examples of Physical Fitness Test
- Push-ups
o This is to test the muscular endurance.
- 100 meter run
o This is to test the cardiovascular endurance.

- The major organ system of our body are the nervous system, the muscular system, the
respiratory system, the skeletal system and the digestive system.
2. Give the main functions of these organ system.
- The skeletal system is our body’s central framework.
- The muscular system is responsible for the movement of our body.
- The respiratory system is responsible for the gas exchange of plants and animals.
- The nervous system is responsible in our sensing.
- The digestive system is digestion of our food intake.
