7. Work Sequence;

1- TBM before start work .

2- Start work as per design .
3- Use proper ppe all personal at work site .
4- Provide heat stress control measurement .
5- Putt red tag on the scaffolding during erection .
6- Start frame formulation and erection step by step.
7- The scaffold material will be lifted by PP rope of 16mm.
8- Shifting materials from storage yard to erecting area with suitable
equipment.
9- Installing platform with fixing handrail ,mid rail &toe board.
10- Provide access and egress.
11- Erecting the scaffold by using base jack.
12- Insure erecting stair case after completing each layer course (same install
will b mentioned
13- After finish scaffold erection must be inspection by scaffold inspector.
14- After inspection putt green tag on the scaffolding .
15- Start to removing the hand rail from level (up to down)then fixing that
Materials properly by using clamps and rope .
16- Take down the materials by using pulley and rope of 16 mm .
17- Remove board wood from platform and then take on the ground level
By rope .
18- Putt yellow tag during dismantling scaffolding .
19- After finish the work remaining materials should be returned back to yard
20- Housekeeping is will be done during work and after finish the
work.

HSE Requirements/Precautions:
Inducted, Trained & medically fit for job workers.
Mandatory & Job specific PPE’s in accordance.
Daily TBM before start of activity.
Valid work permits with updated risk assessment & relevant certificates.
Conducting special training / drill for awareness of the particular activity hazards.
Work area barricading & relevant signage according to SECL HSE regulations.
Full time First aid facility and emergency response preparedness.
Full time job supervision by HSE supervisor and job supervisor.
Pre & Post inspection of activity and tools.
Pre & Post housekeeping for work area to eliminate the residual hazards.
Emergency access always should be clear.
Report all unsafe condition work injury and illness to SECL HSE.
All equipment before start the work has to be inspected by HSE & stickered.
At all time this work all the personal should be using all PPE necessary for insulation work.
Using dust mask, plastic gloves, eye protection & overall cover clothing.
After each shift, change body ware then he wash carefully hands, face, throat and nose.
The rock wool materials Non- contact with skin because of allergy
Every personnel should be have one eye wash.
Possible risks of electric shock at workshop
All the personnel should be observant for cabling from cutting or electrocution in workshop area
All the personnel must be aware of the potential risks and remember the use of safety devices.
If have any loading unloading of the materials must be take lifting permit & barricaded area.
When finished work must be clean work area from tools &materials …etc.
Housekeeping all the area during &after work.
