I would like to remind you that 25 th September (tomorrow) is the day of the ‘Self-audit pitching
competition’.

During the competition, you must:

 introduce
o your team
o the (consumer) problem
o the idea (product / service) and its novelty
o the target market and target groups
o the marketing communication
o the financing plan
o the type of your business and its specificities (number of persons, SMEs or not, start-
up or not, limited liability or not)
o the name of your business
o other factors in connection with your business (regulated profession, CE marking)
o pre-employment measures
 Recruitment (e.g.: job advertisements, interview questions, job application
forms etc, any (or all) of the 9 discriminatory grounds provided for in the EU)
 Background Checks (criminal clearance: e.g. childcare, elderly care workers,
lawyers, judges, etc., checks in relation to education: e.g. certificate,
diploma, PhD, etc. checks from previous Er)
 Medical Screening
 pay special attention to the IP strategy

Your presentation skills and your presentation technique will also be taken into consideration.

NB!

Before presenting, you’ll have cc. 2 hours to the prepare for the presentations.

Each team’ll have 20 minutes to present their solution to the jury (you can use ppt presentation).

It is advisable to appoint a team leader.
