Price : Ex Works - Bangalore .
GST: Extra @ 18%.
Packing & Forwarding : 3 % Extra for Normal Wooden Pallets , 6% Extra for Sea Worthy Packing.
Payment Terms: 50 % along with your PO, and 50% against Proforma Invoice before dispatch.
Transit Insurance : To be arranged by you.
Delivery: Within 7 to 9 weeks from the date of receipt of your commercially clear order,
Approved Drawings and Payment.
Demurrage/Loss/Damage : To your Account.
Mode of Dispatch : By your Local agents approved Transporter.
Inspection : If required, at One weeks notice , at your cost. Third Party Inspection not considered.
Force Majeure : Order Execution is subject to FORCE MAJEURE condition.

Alumina. Alumina is the toughest material known to mankind next only to diamond with Moh Hardness
of 9.
