1 Edder, when you were preparing for the photography and technical support course, did

the idea that your creative posters be seen in the town of Duran motivated you?

If when I started the course I always had in my mind that each design I made had to be

done with dedication and that my work would be valued and when they proposed the idea

of making flyers for the Duran dean parties I felt happy with what I learned in the course.

2 Edder, why didn't you propose to work permanently in a company as a designer?

The truth is because I am one of the people who like to lead a group of people and not

be led to develop leadership skills and competencies to lead a work group. My goal was

always for my sector where I lived to enjoy the privileges of a technical support center

and computer utilities and that made me think about starting this business idea, a list of

unique and independent tools in my neighborhood.

3 Edder, when you proposed to provide technical support from home, what was your main

motivation and scope.

My motivation was always that the knowledge I had was to help people to have an efficient

and affordable solution so that they would avoid traveling far and my scope was to count

on customer satisfaction for the service provided.

4 In your first stage as a computer technician, did you have a wide variety in stock of

spare parts and pieces?

Towards what is possible to have the necessary spare parts since in a competitive market

the skills and effort help to deliver a valued job.

In the remodeling of your business, go from serving in a room from a window to building

a small warehouse as was the beginning.

It was quite interesting because the place was extended and had a wide range of

equipment where people viewed the support and also the photography helped to have

more visitors to the business.

5 Edder, when there was the remodeling on the main street, did you visualize that it was

the opportunity to remodel your small warehouse into a cyber that would attract the

attention of the public?

If I knew that the point where I was was going to be more commercial, so I decided to

invest my savings and that I was going to another stage where the business became

more attractive.
6 In your line of services, the more options the place has, is it more versatile and striking?

Yes, because the client when visiting the cyber trusted that in a single place they could

make many transactions and that was ideal for them to know the range of services that

the business provides to citizens.

7 Now that you have patented the premises with the name PC CORE, how does the logo

relate to your business?

The relationship of PC CORE with the business is the agility, efficiency and

professionalism with which the customer is served, the same happens with the word

CORE processor where it transmits quality data to be visualized.

hello from the PC CORE company located in the Duran canton the work of an

entrepreneur stands out his name is Edder Parra a visionary man who achieved that his

idea of office automation and computer support would be the beginning of a solvent and

attractive business in a market that it is currently competitive. The proper diagnosis in

computer equipment and the sale of applications that are used to optimize, automate and

improve tasks, whether in the office or home in a small place at home, was so visited and

accepted in its beginnings by the inhabitants of the ferns and spring 2.

In September 2007, an entrepreneur was in a photography and technical support course

and it is then that close friends, observing the creativity and dedication in this area,
