○ Set up tables with each 
organizations names  
Preparation 
○ 2 separate Alpha Chi Omega 
● Rent Greene street fields   tables for members to check 
in faster 
○ Next russell house contact: 
kellycj@mailbox.sc.edu    ● Warmup games (divide members of 
board evenly to lead each game) 
● Make an Amazon order (everyone 
give ideas)   ○ Water slide, Tug of war, 
Twister 
● Contact rental company for mics and 
sound system, etc (EK call)   ● EK/Nic- Introduction of event & 
SisterCare speaker (5:15-30 pm) 
● Volunteers (service hours, make 
google sheet)   ● PAINT WAR BEGINS!!! (around 6pm)
