1. Role movement after this stage is quite dynamic, so difficult to anticipate, however it
would be either related to Business development, product development or Projects on newer
initiatives/set ups.
15. What is your advice to the younger generation on skills that need to be acquired and the
qualifications required?
Qualification and exposure/experience goes hand in hand. Earlier part of the career, first
3-4 years in any organization should be towards doing anything and everything at the
grass root level towards a stronger foundation for growth and career development later.
