Action Plan

The plan for lead generation by use of multiple user acquisition channels and
development of a customized approach.

1. WhatsApp/Telegram

 Content Promotion- We will directly share content pertaining to the


products, its specifications and let users consume the content directly and
easily. This will also help in generating user interest in products.
The ease of WhatsApp/Telegram lets us share new or upcoming products
frequently and helps us keep the customer engaged.
Telegram brings additional features to help like we don’t need phone
numbers to connect on Telegram. Certain B2B audience prefers Telegram
due to the ease and easy follow-ups.

2. LinkedIn

 A study suggests that LinkedIn brings more relative audience and


customer engagement in the B2B segment.
LinkedIn helps us increase the reach of promotion and is one of the most
efficient ways to promote new products and features.
The creative ads on LinkedIn, such as the use of graphics and animations
help captivate the audience and encourage the quicker calls to action.

3. Direct Mail Campaign

Email campaigns provide the highest conversion ratios in any of the BTL
user acquisition channels.
For email marketing campaigns, software “Mail-chimp” and “Send in
Blue” is used. This software helps track and optimize mail campaigns by
giving out an analytical report.
Lead Harvesting is carried out with a few steps.
1) A mailing list is prepared by secondary research.
2) Data obtained is cleaned and checked before the campaign is sent
3) Content is drafted for mailing while keeping user engagement in mind.
4) Mail chains are checked for their landing in primary inbox or spam.
5) Leads whose mail is landed in the spam or haven’t checked the mail are
mailed again with improvised content or different email id/software.
6) A/B test is carried out to check up on user engagement.
