o Determine Value Proposition and effective promotion

What makes the costumers buy your products and services? Determining
the USP of a product makes it a differentiated product compared to the
competitors. The value proposition should be the highlight of the products
and services and answer the question, “Why Should I be the buy your
products?” Stay away from listing features here since a client won’t care
about features if your product or service doesn’t fulfil a need.

o Creating True Engagement

Creating a sustainable and viable engagement with customer or audience


as a whole creates a lasting impact and generates word of mouth
recommendations. Consumer engagement can be achieved through
 Frequent relatable content propagation
 Membership programs
 Affiliate marketing techniques
 Forums for product issues as well as product
recommendations

Observations
o Higher open rates are achieved when the mail campaign was sent in the
morning with the time bracket of 9-11 am.
o Consumers preferred less red tape in onboarding with TATA Teleservices.
o The audience preferred Webcasting and video conferencing products in
the smart solutions deck.
o Awareness about the Tata’s products in Audio video conferencing
solutions compared to Zoom, Microsoft, Google meet, etc. was less.
o The number of opened emails was comparatively less due to the less
authenticity in mail ids.

Conclusion and Outcome

During the internship and following the action plan with some trials and error,
the following are the learnings and outcomes

o 5 Leads were successfully generated with the implementation of the email


campaign.
o Apart from these leads, there exist chances of direct lead generation as it
were in advanced stages of the process.
o A certain lead for an organic product like Broadband connection was also
generated due to the social media campaigns being carried out.
o Various facets of B2B sales and marketing were understood and the stages
of B2B sales, channel partners and associate partners.
o Evolving the strategy and tweaking some changes into the strategy will
derive higher user engagement and better click/open rates.
