Kansas State University Stem Camp (Summer 2018) Education Block I class hosted a STEM camp for middle
school kids around the area to give students in Block I a chance to hands on teach.
Thinking Through Games Teacher taught kids to play games with a good attitude, went over vocabulary
words for the day so students knew what to think about during the lesson, did critical thinking games to get
students to think harder about problem solving skills and collaboration. Encouraging Creativity.

Kansas State University Marching Band (2016-2020): 25-hour weekly schedule, expression of school spirit
through integrity, passion, dedication, and teamwork.
Student Staff (Fall 2019): set up field before rehearsals, assisted with administrative tasks, helped teach and
give feedback during individual sectionals, provide directors and band staff with additional assistance, assist
students in learning and refining drill, attend staff meetings, and work alongside the directors.

Kansas State Central States Marching Band Festival (2016-2020): at marching band festivals, clinicians watch
the performance of high schools and work alongside students to improve their technique, musicality, and overall
impression
Central States Woodwind Clinician (Oct. 2017): work with a diverse range of high school woodwind players,
assisting them in their style, articulation, technique, and notes as well as marching.
Score Tabulator (Oct. 2019) lead staff member managing and organizing score tabulation and distribution to
high school band directors.

Kansas State University Concert Band Clinic(2017-2020): weekend camp put on by students and staff within
the band department
Premier Ensemble Performance with the Boston Brass (February 2019): performed with an elite brass
quintet widely known around the country, playing difficult literature with fine musicians
Concert Band Clinician (February 2019): Assist in the instruction and management of all camp attendees;
organize and lead small ensembles; provide individual assistance to students; exhibit exceptional guidance and
musicianship.

High School Band Camp Staff (Summer ‘19): Week-long camp for students to learn marching techniques, have
music rehearsals, and learn the organization and structure of the marching band.
Turner High School Band Camp: assist the woodwind section with music, technique and articulation. Assist
students with learning drill and how to maneuver their instrument when they begin to march.
Eisenhower High School Band Camp lead large sectionals and assisting with woodwind sound and balance.
Assisting students with learning drill and body movement during marching band. Helping with the movement
of props during the run-throughs of the show.
