Linggo, o regular national holiday, ang Payment Due Date ay malilipat sa
susunod na business day.

Fees and Charges

Magpapadala ang Home Credit ng notifications kung mayroon mang
update sa Credit Card Fees and Charges o maaari n’yo ring i-check ang
aming website sa www.homecredit.ph.

Tandaan ang sumusunod na Fees and Charges:

• Interest Charges - Kung ang nabayaran ay ang Minimum Amount Due
lamang o mas mababa pang halaga sa iyong Total Amount Due, ikaw ay
maaaring mapatawan ng Interest Charge. Para sa Cash Withdrawal,ang
iyong account ay mapapatawan ng interest charges simula sa araw na
ginawa ang transaction.

• Cash Withdrawal Fee - halagang nakapataw sa bawat withdrawal

transaction gamit ang iyong Home Credit Card.
• Late Payment Fee - ito ang additional fee na ipapataw kung mas
mababa sa Minimum Amount Due o sakaling hindi mabayaran ang iyong
Minimum Amount Due bago o sa mismong araw ng iyong Payment Due
Date.

Questions on your Monthly Billing Statement

Makipagugnayan sa aming Customer Service kung may katanungan
tungkol sa iyong Monthly Billing Statement. Ang pag-file ng report o
complaint ay sa loob lamang ng thirty (30) calendar days; kung kami ay
walang matanggap na anumang report sa loob ng itinakdang panahon na
ito, ang impormasyong nakasaad sa iyong Monthly Billing Statement ay
kikilalaning wasto at naaayon sa panuntunan ng Home Credit.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Card

Kung ang iyong card ay nawala, nanakaw o nasira, ito ay maaaring i-
block gamit ang iyong My Home Credit App o kaya tumawag agad sa
aming Customer Service Hotline upang maiwasan ang anumang
unauthorized transation. Ang iyong replacement card ay matatanggap sa
loob ng 5-10 na araw matapos ang iyong request.

Personal Information Update

Para matanggap ang mahahalagang updates mula sa Home Credit at
bilang alinsunod na rin sa mga panuntunan ng Anti-Money Laundering
Act of the Philippines, siguraduhing updated ang iyong mobile number,
email address, at iba pang personal information sa iyong account.

High Security Standards

Dahil sa EMV technology, makasisigurong safe and secured ang lahat ng
private information at transactions sa iyong card. Para sa additional
security against fraud, ang iyong mga transactions ay maaaring ma-verify
sa pamamagitan ng PIN at ikaw ay makakatanggap ng SMS sa bawat
transaction gamit ang iyong card. Para sa mga online purchases naman,
makakatanggap ka ng One-Time Password (OTP) via text ngunit ito ay
available lamang sa mga online stores na mayroong 3DS feature.
