EXPERIMENT NO. 11

AIM: To design and simulate Differential Amplifier using Symica DE tool.

TOOLS USED: SymicaDE

THEORY: A differential amplifier is designed to give the difference between two input signals.
When a differential amplifier is driven at one of the inputs, the output appears at both the
collector outputs. Such a circuit is very useful in instrumentation systems. Differential
amplifiers have high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and high input impedance.
When two inputs are applied at the two terminals the voltage difference produced resultantly
will be proportional to the difference of the two applied input signals. Differential amplifier
behaves as subtractor circuit, that basically subtracts the two input signal.
