This flavorful vegan peanut punch is a popular beverage that is not only enjoyed
in Jamaica but it also prepared throughout the Caribbean. My version of this
class punch is made with peanuts, coconut milk, spices and sweetened with
maple syrup is so addictive.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut, shelled


1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup water

1 banana, (preferably frozen)


2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

1. In a high-speed blender, add peanuts, coconut milk, water and blend until creamy.
2. Add banana, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
3. Process until smooth and creamy, enjoy immediately.
