that have been written, it is evident that the client requires a lot of work to increase his various fitness
elements, especially when noting that the step aerobics requires all these fitness elements to be found
in the client’s health.

Moreover, these fitness elements contribute on the skills that will be gained and used by the client. Such
as the related fitness factors such as balance and power. The client will need to balance his power and
his strength in other parts of his body, when he is doing moves that require balancing similar to kicking,
or punching. Making it important to balance between his fitness element and related fitness factors
throughout this type of sport.

Finally, health factors such as body composition, and cardio-respiratory can impact on the person’s
outcome and moves. As the higher the body composition and cardio-respiratory are, then the client will
not feel tired after a long session of step aerobics. Making it crucial in the step aerobics unit, and in the
various sports.

Conclusion:

To begin with, my client needs a lot of attention and work when it comes to the fitness elements and
their factors, in which he requires a lot of work on his cardio-respiratory health fitness factors. In order
for my client to improve his hand's movement. While also he needs to focus on the tempo and on his
