PROJECT DESIGN

Title: Moral Recovery Program (MRP) and Helping Others Pursue Excellence (HOPE)

I . Rationale
Moral Recovery Program is a project in line with the National Government Moral
Recovery Program and Executive order No. 713 knows as The Presidential Council on Values
Formation, Proclamation No. 62 dated 30 September 1992 declared a Moral Recovery Program
in response to the need to strengthen the moral resources of the Filipino people rooted in Filipino
culture, values and ideals that are pro God, pro people, pro country and pro nature.
The Bayugan 3 National High School will conduct the launching of Project HOPE which
under the Moral Recovery Program to help to help students in nurturing their spiritual aspects
especially those indulge in gang and tokhang. Now a days some values of our students are
degrading, It is our duties and responsibilities to uplift the degrading characters of the individual
instead they will embrace spiritual uplift ment through attending prayers, worshipping and most
of all Bible study. The activity will schedule every Thursday at 4:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon.
II. Goals and Objectives
This project aims to make them a true citizen that takes care of themselves in addition to
caring about the good of society and participating actively to make things better. It has the
following objectives:
1. Help children pursue excellence in their life
2. Reflect an individual’s character and spirituality
3. Build good relationships in personal as well as students’ life.
4. Prepare students with the skills they need for adult life which include awareness
of addiction, mental and physical well-being.

III. Target Participants

Participants to this program shall be the Thirty identified students members of gang
and tokhang and support staff of Bayugan 3 National High School .
IV. Strategies
The program will be conducted every Thursday at 4:00 to 5: 00 PM

V. Source of Fun / Budgetary Requirements

The amount three hundred pesos (300.00) which is chargeable againsts School MOOE shall be
used to defray on snacks of the 30 participants.

VII. Monitoring and Evaluation

This project shall be monitored by the school head together with guidance counselor designate
