I. THE PARTIES. This Payment (“Agreement”) dated November 17th, 2020 is by and between: Abigail
Gregg Brandie and Waller Jeffery with address of 18820 FM 709 N Dawson TX 76639

HEREINAFTER, agrees to the following:

II. BALANCE. At the time of this Agreement, Gregg David: Nine-Fifty Thousand Dollars ($950,000.00)
(“Current Balance”)

III. CONSIDERABLE. In considerations to Agreement, Abigail Gregg Brandie agrees to pay One-hundred
and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) to Waller Jeffery

IV. PAYMENT PLAN. This Payment (“Agreement”) is mandatory: Waller Jeffery to be paying Seven-
Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00) monthly for inheritance maintenance from November 20th 2021 till
February 28th 2021 and the Inheritance fund of One-hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00)
out of Nine-hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($950,000.00) and will be disbursed to his account being
husband and next of Kin to Abigail Gregg Brandie.

V. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws
of the State of Michigan (“Governing Law”).

VI. ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS. N/A

VII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains all the terms agreed to by the parties relating to its
subject matter, including any attachments or addendums. This Agreement replaces all previous
discussions, understandings, and oral agreements.
