The new Remote Control Basic option is now available for AquaA, AquaBplus, and CDS3.

 Intended use

 Intended purpose

This remote control is an option for the AquaA, AquaBplus, CDS3


devices and is intended to be used by dialysis station staff to switch the
devices being controlled from STANDBY to SUPPLY and vice versa. In
addition, it also indicates the system status of the devices with audible
signals and three different color visual indicators.

Visual indicator Meaning

On visual indicator This indicator lights up green when voltage is


being supplied to the remote control.

Mute key The Mute key is used to silence an audible


alarm for 1 minute.

Stop key The Stop key can be used to terminate the


SUPPLY mode.

Visual indicator Meaning

Start key The Start key is used to switch the AquaA /


AquaBplus / CDS3 device from the STANDBY
operating mode to the SUPPLY operating
mode.

Visual indicators Green (SUPPLY), yellow (warning),


green / yellow / red red (failure)

Visual indicator The device is in a preparation phase.

seconds.
The device will switch to the SUPPLY mode.

 Terminating the SUPPLY mode

 Press the Stop key for three seconds.


The device will switch to the STANDBY
mode.

 Muting

 When an alarm occurs, the audible signal


can be deactivated for 1 minute by
pressing the Mute key.
 Messages cannot be confirmed using the
remote control. They must be confirmed
locally on the device.
