over 1000 end users through email, remote access and in-person.

peripheral devices such as printer and scanners for large corporate environment.
• Involved in large scale Windows 7 migration project, migrating OS from Windows XP or Vista to 7, with user
data transfer, PC deployment and application compatibility testing.
