Office of Diversity & Inclusion

OUR STORY:
The ODI grew out of con-
versations. Late night
lunches, Dorm rooms and
classrooms. The ODI is our
campus conduit for free
thought and tough debate.
This is our opportunity to pull
our own seat up to the table,
and help each other prepare
for the challenges that come
EVERYONE
with that access.
IS
A COMMITMENT TO THE CONVERSATION:
ALWAYS
Join us on the couch in Fels 214. Our doors are always
open to students, faculty, and community memebers in-
WELCOME
terested in provacative discussions about race, gender,
sexualtiy, disability, age, and disenfranchisment.
LEADERSHIP STARTS AT HOME:

complex challenges, and evolving defi-

believe that an open, honest dialogue
about representaiton is vital to the suc-
cess of us.

OUR GOALS:

of diverse backgrounds and identities

-To promote awareness education in

our community

- To advocate for underrepresented

people on campus and off

- To promote leadership, relationship

building, and networking as a means of
affecting positive change
