“Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it and I shall move the world”.
This quote made by Archimedes aligns well with objectives. I dream of being a significant player
in the Indian corporate sector. I wish to lead a giant firm, manage individuals with high
ambitions, have a strong say in the market and serve the society by creating wealth of
opportunities.

My goal for the next two years is to equip myself with theoretical knowledge of business
development, enhance my entrepreneurship skills, strengthen my team working proficiency,
hone my leadership competence, and attain a firm internship to develop practical
understanding of Business Management.

I studied in a school where education is just a part of learning, this gave me a lot of scope to
participate and explore in other extracurricular activities like debates, quizzes, sports, talent
tests which helped in my overall personality development at school level. My good academic
records, achievements in sports and other extracurricular activities exemplify my personality as
an all rounder.

I hold a Bachelors degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from BMS College of
Engineering, Bangalore, which gave me the opportunity to work at Capgemini India private
limited (from July 2008 till date), a leading provider of software solutions. I currently am
working there as consultant leading the software testing team. I was one of the communication
points for the onshore team, and the way I managed my team brought stupefying bestowal
from the onshore team. I was also part of an elite team to manifest a technical presentation for
the clients who took over the project and I showed an astounding result of presentation skills
which resulted in good exaltation from my manager as well as my n+1.

From my work experience in IT, I have realized that business thrives on developing new
customers and more importantly their retention. This has made me understand the importance
of customer satisfaction and how quality plays a significant role in achieving the same. I wish to
use my present IT skills in developing an organized communication environment which shall
provide excellent efficiency to work processes. My dedication towards the project won me the
prestigious ‘Brownie Points’ award which is awarded to less than 1% of employees for their
outstanding contribution to the organization. My experience in Development as well as Testing
has made me understand a great deal about modern day service industry work flow.

Besides my work I was also part of an organizing committee for blood donation camp. I also
represented Capgemini for one of the BSA cyclathon event in the year 2009 for the “ride for a
cause” event.

I believe a firm knowledge in Finance, Marketing and General Management, would help me
refine my overall business perception, and improve my vision. Being from technical
background, I strongly feel that technical and management aspects within an organization go
hand in hand. Management is the life of any activity. Shaping a great idea into a reality and

making it successful requires a diverse range of skills and intimate knowledge of business. I
strongly feel the need to undergo formal management education, which would equip me with
the right skills to pursue my desired profession and provide me the opportunity to interact with
various people.

I am confident that the M.B.A. program offered by your esteem university would significantly
impact my professional life and would fully equip me with comprehensive, specialized and
rigorous professional training in all aspects of Business Management and Administration. The
knowledge base at -----University would be a definite advantage that would foster my growth.
The chance to work with like-minded people with burning ambitions would be an enormous
learning experience. I'm certain that when I complete my education at -----University, I will be
armed with the right knowledge that will help me to attain my goal." I would also like to
