Statement of the problem

The purpose of this study is to know the significant goals, it includes the increasing market share,

improving customer loyalty, financial statements and sales results as their primary indicators of

performance.

These issues will be addressed through the following research questions:

1. What are the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of:

a) Name

b) Age

c) Gender

d) Years of working experience

2. What are the Influence of Pamilihang Bayan of Dasmarinas City in terms of:

a) Marketing Price

b) Sales Growth

c) Market Conditions

3. To determine the good quality of the product inside Pamilihang Bayan ng Lungsod ng

Objectives of the study

This study aims to explore the business performance of small enterprise in pamilihang bayan

ng lungsod ng dasmarinas city.

1. To know the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of:

a) Name

b) Age

c) Gender

d) Years of working experience

2. To have an idea on the influencing factors on small enterprise from Pamilihang Bayan

Lungsod ng Dasmarinas City

3. By focusing on specific indicators, the researcher can measure performance from the

good quality of a product that are identified.

4. To determine the benefits and importance of labor or job opportunity on both party such as in

small enterprises and and the wet and dry market Pamilihang Bayan (Dasmarinas City)

Scope and Limitation

This study aims to present the processes involved in conducting the research. The subject of study

was small enterprises. This study will conduct by the researcher is design to search the business

performance that may or may not benefit the economic growth of Dasma City from the Pamilihang

Bayan ng Lungsod ng Dasmarinas City

The interview with the workers on the small enterprise will undertake in the Academic Year 2018-

2019 at Dasmarinas City Area B , and will be conducted with only 1 participant using

(qualitative/quantitative) type of research, and a self -developed interview questionnaire instrument.

Each respondent will be detailed including name (optional), age, gender and years of work experience.

The researcher will use various interviews and questionnaire as an equipment during the

interview. The source of information needed for the study will be taken from facts about business

performance that were gathered. Quantitative/Qualitative analysis will be used to analyze the gathering

data.

This chapter explains how the study will be done. It is composed of research design,

data to be gathered, participants, and data gathering procedure, Interviews and analysis treatment.

Instruments/Materials

During the conduct of this study the researcher will be using a self-developed interview

questionnaire including (pls help me with what kind of sampling or purposive) to answer the objectives

of the study. This will be the instruments used and source of information to gather the data need in the

study. The researcher will use various materials and production equipment during the interview, a self-

developed interview questionnaire, camera, and cellphone for audio recording and laptop for storage

devices

Data Gathering Procedure

The researcher will propose a certain questions that related to the study they want to work with and

will be validated by her adviser. A self- developed questionnaire will be used to gather information to the

respondents. Conducting a research the researcher will propose a consent letter to make the study valid for

the participants to be aware. After that the researcher may proceed the interview. Using the questionnaire,

the respondents will be able to classify name (optional), age, gender, and the marital status. The

researcher includes 4 respondents of breast cancer survivor within the NCR area and will be using a

qualitative type of research. The source of information needed for the study will be taken from facts about

business performance that were gathered.
