I. INTRODUCTION

The country is currently combatting health crisis brought about by COVID 19


pandemic which does not affect only the national security and economy of the
Philippines but also the global community which greatly affects the peoples’ lives
economically, socially, psychologically, emotionally and physically.

Concomitantly with these dilemmas, the country’s educational system is also


affected. However, this pandemic cannot dwindle the country’s educational worth for
its citizenry. Thus, along with the Department of Education’s Learning Continuity
Plan, the San Fernandino National High School-Extension, an extension of San
Fernandino NHS situating at San Fernandino, Roseller T. Lim, which is about 4 to 5
kilometers away from the main school caters to Grade 7 to Grade 10 Junior High
learners, comes up with this School Learning Continuity Plan to address the
educational needs of the learners to give the learners continual access to education
despite the current health crisis which demands strict compliance to social distancing
in compliance to maximum health safety protocols as stipulated by the national and
local IATF.

 List of 4 groups of Learners for GIYA Distribution and
Retrieval
 Each group shall be given 2 subjects of the GIYA Modules
for 10 days and be returned in the 10 th day to get another 2
subjects until each group finishes all of the subjects to
complete the 40 hours requirements for First Quarter
 Barangay and PTA Officials agreed that Modules will be
exchanged among 4 groups of learners every after 10 days
considering the limited resources in the community while
ensuring and maintaining health safety and COVID- free
community in R.T. Lim District
