WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE
Presently I am working in Alembic pharmaceuticals limited
(Formulation-II Oncology Solid oral plant Panelav Vadoara.
05th Jan2017 – till date  present.

 Maintains warehouse staff job disciplining employees, planning,


monitoring, and appraising job results.
 Owns and oversee the warehouse function including receiving,
issuing, shipping, transportation, cycle counting, and inventory
control and reporting, I have looking about material expiry & retest
intimation to QC procedure & Physically Raw, packing& Solvents
material verification as per twice in a year as per SOP.
 I have an aware about change control & deviation
documentation.
 Managing daily operations of end to end fulfilment process of
receiving, put-away, picking and packing, shipping and returns
handling, Excipient & API material Dispensing as per daily batch
planning, I have also aware about Viable monitoring in API material
Dispensing Isolator equipment, Material receipt as per Standard
operation procedure.
 I have an aware about different types of equipments’ Installation
qualifications (IQ), Operational qualifications(PQ).like Reverse
laminar Air flow units(RLAF), Vertical Laminar Air flow unit(VLAF),API
Sampling & dispensing Isolator unit.
WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
I was working in Zydus Cadila Health care limited Dabhasa, Vadodara.

 Supervising the planning, assigning and direction of all warehouse
staff in receiving, stocking, pick/pack and shipment of product for the
