Business is not just about gaining a profit, it’s also important to provide a good

quality of product and service to the customers. The products or service are given to

the customers and customers are the key role in order for the business to become

successful because without customers there’s no business, therefore, we must take care

and satisfy our customers. The response of the customers are based on the service and

how the employees handle them. Since customers are the receiver of our product and

service, we must also resolve the customer complains because it is an important

component in retaining customers in the business. During my Senior High School, three

of us were deployed for our On the Job Training on a well-known Restaurant, I was

assigned as the cashier, one day there’s a customer who came to me and complained

my classmate who serves the food to them, she complained about why my classmate

did not call her “Maam” she think that my classmate belittled her, even if I didn’t know

the whole story, I Apologized to her and fixed it, because its not about who made a

mistake , its about the reputation of the business and the customers feedback.
