1. Scope of supply
Scope of supply is the goods and equipment described in Section 8 of this document.

The prices are our current prices, and we reserve the right to regulate the prices in accordance with
alterations of wages, prices of materials, rates of exchange, and other circumstances beyond our control.

The prices are exclusive of customs and excise duties, direct or indirect taxes of any kind.

This quotation is valid until 31 December 2012.

3. Delivery
Terms of delivery: CFR Alexandria
Costs and freight

Time of delivery: 24 working weeks after date of order, clarification of all technical details and
Purchaser's approval of final layout. The time of delivery is subject to prior sale and
considered as the time ready for shipment in our factory in Trige, Denmark.

If the Purchaser requires changes of the layout after having approved the layout, the supplier reserves the
right to adjust the delivery time and to charge for the extra costs caused by the changes. The charges will
be according to LINCO standard pricelist.

received for shipment. Warehouse charges for the goods are to be paid by the Purchaser.

Delivery shall be effected according to LINCO Food Systems A/S General Conditions of Sale and Delivery
and Orgalime S2000. For supplies inclusive of supervision of installation, additionally the Orgalime S2000S
applies.

4. Taxes and duties

All Danish taxes, duties and charges to which the Supplier is liable in connection with this supply shall be
borne by the Supplier. All taxes, duties, dues and charges outside Denmark to which the Purchaser is
liable in connection with this supply shall be borne by the Purchaser.

5. Guarantee
The goods and equipment mentioned in Section 8 include guarantee against defects in manufacturing and
materials for a period of 12 months after commissioning, however not more than 18 months after the date
of the Suppliers notification that the goods are ready for shipment. The guarantee is only valid if the
equipment supplied has been maintained and used in accordance with the guidelines given by the
Supplier.

6. Exclusions
The supply includes only the equipment as specified. The following is excluded from the supply unless
otherwise mentioned. All masonry and other artisan works. Service installations such as compressed air,
water, steam, vacuum, power, cables, cable trays. Connection to main switchboards. Control and
connection between delivery and existing equipment. Dismounting and modification of existing equipment.
All supporting structures.

Local travel expenses. Board and lodging.

7. General
The supplier reserves the right to change specifications according to new developments and innovations,
also from sub-suppliers until the date of delivery.

pack from the carcass, leaving it hanging outside the back of the
chicken for easy veterinary inspection and harvesting the giblets. It
automatically compensates for a wide range of bird sizes, ensuring
maximum yield with minimum damage. Equipped with a
handoperated stainless steel hydraulic jack to raise and lower the
main shaft of the machine to accommodate flock variations and to
disengage the machine from the line for cleaning and maintenance.
At the end of each cycle all parts touching the product are cleaned in
order to minimize the risk of cross contamination. Designed for
uncomplicated cleaning and cost effective low maintenance.

The Cropper 425-130, 15 Unit 8", 225°, remove crop, windpipe and
clean the inside of the neck skin of the chicken by a rotating probe,
inserted through the cavity of the bird. The probes are cleaned by a
rotating brush once out of neck, before it withdraw through the cavity
to enter the next chicken. Equipped with a handoperated stainless
steel hydraulic jack to raise and lower the main shaft of the machine
to accommodate flock variations and to disengage the machine from
the line for cleaning and maintenance. At the end of each cycle all

The Gizzard Processor 392, separate the intestines from gizzards,
cut off the pre-stomach, cut the gizzard open, clean and peel the skin
off the inside of the gizzard. First the intestines and the pre-stomach
is separated from the gizzards, then the gizzard is opened by a
special designed cutting device, after which the inside of the gizzard
is cleaned by high pressure water spray. Last the yellow skin inside
the gizzard is peeled off by two set of spiral rollers. The unique
gizzard transport system in the machine ensure none, or very little
loss of gizzards during the process. All offal from the process is
collected in the built-in offal collection funnel for removal e.g. by
vacuum transport system. Equipped with internal safety system, that
stop the machine in case of blockage e.g. from stones in the
gizzards, preventing mechanical damage. Also equipped with
operator safety system, that does not allow the machine to operate
with any safety covers opened.
