INTRODUCTION:
Our company is a travel agency that provides high quality services for our
customers with low prices. We open 24/7, we have an online website with
assistance that will help ensure the best customer service to our clients without any
efforts and time consumption. Our agency arrange all types of trips,
accommodations, tickets, tours and packages for youth holidays, family tours,
honeymoons and business trips. In this business plan, we are going to introduce our
pricing strategy as well as our marketing strategy that we will adopt in our
company and add some of the financial statements and forecasted sales.

CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, the local tourism industry have been growing intensely over the last
decade which can affect positively on our company that will provide our target
customers with the best travel experience. The introduction of brochures and other
marketing strategies will enable our travel agency to market potential customers.
We project sales to increase accordingly, through slightly slower as we establish a
reputation for ourselves among our competitors.
With time we intend to be at the forefront of customer’s minds with regards to
travel excursions.
Throughout the years we want to undertake regular evaluations of our marketing
plan as to make sure we are in line with our expected objectives.
In summary we intend to do the following:
-Track and follows-up. We want to have discipline as an organization to track the
result of the business plan and make sure that we implement it.
-Customer follow up. We want to ensure perfect customer service as we intend to
make sure our consumers are 100% satisfied with our service and we are meeting
their expectations at all times.
