I. Course Description:
A course which aims to introduce the students to the instructional development system with emphasis on the effective utilization of both
human and non-human resources. In the planning, organizations, implementation and evaluation of the teaching learning process. The course
moves from principle to practice in the preparation, utilization and evaluation of instructional media including computer.
II. Objectives:
Aims to help educators at all levels through the use of incorporate media and technologies for learning into their repertoire- to use them as
teaching tools and to guide students in using them as learning tools.
A. Demonstrate the use of instructional audio
B. Extend the ability to use the instructional television in the educational processes.
C. Build up a basic understanding of how to create a “PowerPoint” presentation to be used in an educational setting
D. Expand a basic understanding of how to use a spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) in the academic setting
E. Develop a basic understanding of how to access and search the Internet and how it could be used in an academic setting.

V. Course Requirements
To pass the course, the students are required to show, submit, present and/or pass the following:
1. Attendance
2. Active participation in group presentation
3. Active participation in class discussion
4. Written quizzes
5. Term examinations
6. Oral and written group or individual reporting
7. Final presentation of a project related to the given lesson.
