In this chapter we are explaining the logical overview of our proposed system that is how the

system is logically connect to each other and how it works fine. In this chapter we are discussing
the entity relationship diagram (ERD) simply called. And also be explaining the data flow
diagram (DFD). Data flow diagram shows us how the data are traveling from one place to
another in the proposed system. And this chapter contains Meta data, types of keys attributes and
so on. Meta data, it is data about data is known Meta data. We can create the entity relationship
diagram for any system as to view the requirements of the system. We can make different entity
relationship also but working with same. First of all we are making the ERD the designer check
to see the requirement of the user after checking of requirements designer start to create the
entity relationship diagram. And also the developer make data flow diagram. Data flow diagram
is very important for any project. And it cans some levels we can create also simply make zero
level data flow diagram. Similarly increasing the number of data flow diagram. In the entity
relationship diagram to explain the entity attribute are using and in the data flow diagram some
special symbol are used. In entity relationship diagram and data flow diagram both having
standard symbol used to identify the attributes and also to the data store or data go form one
entity to other in the proposed system. Data flow diagram performs two purposes one is to
provide an indication or show how data are transformed as they move through the system. And
secondly to depict the functions that transformation the data flow. There are majorly distributed
five components of entity relationship diagram that are work together and acts some works with
responsibilities. Each component are indicated by a standard symbol but the designer want it to
indicate it by any symbol but it is not good because other people does not understand it properly.
Suitable if use the standard symbol during the making of the entity relationship diagram. If the
standard symbol are use in the proposed system any developer understand easily without teach
the first developer. And it is also being a good precuts of a good and talented developer to use
standard sign during the making of entity relationship diagram. Besides the standard symbol
using also be explain the functionality of the attributes and also be using different keys in system
so explain the work and concept of every key of database. The given are five important component
of Entity Relationship Model or diagram first of all Entity, Action, Attributes, connecting lines and
cardinality.
