    In memory of Domingo Baluyot

    Dear President,

    I would like to express my sincerest and heartfelt condolences on the recent passing of Domingo
    Baluyot, Member of the Board of Governors of the Philippine Football Federation (PFF), whom I had
    the privilege of meeting during our visit to the Philippines last year. Words seem inadequate to express
    the sadness we feel for this loss.

    Member of the PFF Board of Governors since 2015, President of the Central Bicol Regional Football
    Association and respected football figure in the Philippines, his outstanding commitment and
    dedication will not be forgotten, and he will be truly missed.

    On behalf of FIFA and the international football community, I wish to extend our deepest condolences
    to the Philippine Football Federation, and most importantly, to Domingo’s family, friends and loved
    ones. Our thoughts are with all of you.

    We hope that, in some way, our words of support may help bring a little peace and solace in this time
    of sadness.
