    Undergraduates frequently work part-time while studying, which can negatively impact academic achievement. This study analyzed data from 809 undergraduate participants to identify the main internal drives for working and the resulting psychological consequences. It found eight key psychological elements, such as stress and coping strategies, and will conduct further analysis of the relationships between drives to work, nature and extent of work, stress, and self-efficacy. Interviews will also explore these factors in more depth.
