We are a California based business and IT consulting firm founded in 2013. Our head office is in San
Ramon, CA, and our Global Delivery Centre is in Noida, India.

We provide business and technology solutions using big data and cloud technologies, including
Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, and other platforms. Our business solutions include
business modelling/business architecture and business analytics services for sales, marketing, human
resources and customer service areas. We provide implementation services for cloud CRMs
(Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics) and development services for Force.com and .Net
platforms. We also setup business intelligence solutions for both traditional and big data technologies.

We use the distributed agile delivery model for our development and configuration projects. Our U.S.
Team executes product discovery, business and technical architecture, user experience design, and
project management. Our Offshore Team focuses on the development, testing, and configuration.

Remuneration and related terms


Selected students initially will undergo a training as Management Trainees period for 9 months and
CTC package would be Rs.11.00 LPA. After successful completion of training, tittle would be
revised as Product Managers or Product Marketing as per evaluated work experience and caliber.

Selected students will sign a service agreement as Career Flyer program for 24 months to upgrade
technical skills, soft skills and professional knowledge in rendering services and on breeching the terms
and condition, employee is liable to pay 2 Lakh rupees.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior management in the formulation of the company's product strategy.


2. Specify market requirements for current and future products by gathering feedback from
various stakeholders and conduct market research using multiple channels including visits to
customers and prospects
3. Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap which defines product enhancements
for short- and long-term releases based on business opportunities and market research
4. Develop wireframes and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for the proposed
development requirements
5. Create feature descriptions to provide guidance to Business Analysts and contribute and
approve the product-related Business Requirements Documents.
6. Assist with the entire product lifecycle for each product, from consumer insights through to
launch and post-launch product improvements.
7. Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, overseeing interdepartmental
activities to execute plans.
8. Analyze potential partner relationships for the product if required
9. Propose an overall product budget to ensure success
10. Monitor and set prices on products in product line to meet revenue and profitability goals
11. Work with sales teams and other contributors to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and
develop strategy
12. Validate detailed specifications and development costing versus market potential and future
predictable revenue
13. Become subject matter experts in products markets and provide vision and leadership to
technology R&D efforts.
14. Be responsible for product launch and release plans. Coordinate internal and external product
launches working with Marketing Support and Training teams
15. Help develop and deploy key market messages and communication strategies for the product
line with Marketing Support team. (Including Release Notes, demonstrations, and
Improvement Reports.)
16. Collaborate with technology to create strategies by which technology will be developed or
adapted to meet market needs and leverage opportunities. (e.g., Buy/Build decisions)
17. Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform company of their potential applications to
our business. Conduct and lead forward looking research studies.
18. Develop and when necessary deliver concise and meaningful presentations for internal and
external audiences, including education and training of sales staff, training of support groups,
train the trainer programs, and presentations at symposia, trade shows, and key customer
accounts
19. Act as liaison between Sales, Client Services, Marketing Support, and Technology teams to
support product positioning and customer demand as part of new product development
20. Work with Training team to develop product training plan internally and externally
21. Consult with Client Services team to ensure appropriate service levels for the product line
22. Create and maintain profit and loss documentation for products and services.
