Statement of the Problem
Objectives
To raise awareness about the effects of aging on the behavior of elderly individuals and

help other people within the community understand certain changes that may occur during the

process of aging. To facilitate activities that will help elderly have a healthy and successful aging

through reversing certain effects of aging into a positive The study aims to focus the importance of

having residential care facility for those frail elderly who are suffering from behavioral changes and

provide them passionate commitment and service they deserve by simply sustaining their basic

needs such as having a clean and comfortable shelter, clothing, hygienic materials, and goods.

Technical Approach

Vision

It is the researchers’ mission to become partners with the preferred residential care

alternative, the Uplift Community Development Foundation, Inc. – Tahanang Balik alay for

those elderly needing care, support, and supervision especially for those who were abandoned by

their own family. The school, particularly the Senior High school students of St. John the Baptist

Parochial School of Taytay, Rizal will extend their help through provision of medicinal needs,

basic needs, and household needs.

Mission

It is our mission to provide for frail elderly with optimum dignity, comfort, daily choices,

and safety within their considered second home. Provide high-quality health care and supportive

services to enhance the well-being of frail seniors and facilitate different activities, routines, and

exercises that will improve their memory and prevent age-related dementia.
