 Perceived usefulness (PU) – This was defined by Fred Davis as "the degree to which an

individual believes that employing a particular system would enhance his or her job
performance". It means whether or not someone perceives that technology to be useful for
what they need to do.
 Perceived ease-of-use (PEOU) –"the degree to which an individual believes that
employing a particular system would be free from effort". If the innovation is easy to use,
then the hurdles conquered. If it is difficult to use and the interface is complicated, no one
has a favourable attitudes towards it.
 System Quality
Customers who enjoy what your business offers will tend to return to you again and
again, as well as refer their friends to you. System quality, also known as a quality
management system (QMS), ensures your business provides a standard of products or
services that reflects your business' values and integrity. When your customers feel that
they are receiving good quality and value for their dollar, they are more likely to
become repeat customers, helping you to grow your bottom line and increase your
market share. The System Quality provided by the business could make them be able
to get increased customer satisfaction, boosted morale, decreased costs, increased
bottom line, improved reputation, increased market share, improved efficiency
 Service Quality
Service quality generally refers to a customer’s comparison of service expectations as it
relates to a company’s performance. A business with a high level of service quality is
likely capable of meeting customer needs while also remaining economically competitive
in their respective industry. Successful businesses who remain competitive and relevant in
the marketplace work proactively to obtain information from their current or potential
customer base so they can ensure they are meeting their needs. No amount of discussing
with professionals, friends, or colleagues will ever replace the information that a company
can receive from a real customer.

 Information Quality

Information quality (IQ) is the quality of the content of information systems. It is often
pragmatically defined as: "The fitness for use of the information provided.” IQ
frameworks also provides a tangible approach to assess and measure DQ/IQ in a robust
and rigorous manner.
