W12 Case Study Essay: DAG Group
After reviewing this case study, I would say that Val and Chris are an “A” grade team.
Throughout the case study we see examples Val and Chris using teamwork and ingenuity to
solve problems as they went through the business planning process. It was also great to see that
they were humble enough to get a job that paid $6 an hour after graduating with their master’s in
business administration. They both or very dedicated two understanding how the dry-cleaning
industry worked and found many areas of improvement within the industry. dial and Chris have
done great research and have many great ideas for implementing their company concept. The
only slight worry is that financials are fuzzy as far as Superb Cleaners.
I do believe that Val and Chris should start their business because they have identified the

business, I do believe that whatever industry Val and Chris went into they would be successful
in. As far as the investment it would need to be a substantial amount in the risk would be high
which would mean that I would need either a royalty or some type of equity in the business to
minimize the risk. Overall, I would choose to make the investment, but I would want a proof of
