 2.List of problems
1)The sales tram consisted of mix nationalities and they are not
working well together.
2)Each nationality has it s own principles and views on
situations-> may lead to quarrels.
3)People are not motivated to work.
 3. After viewing all David Seymour s proposals, I identified three
the most decent ones.
1)Montly sales figures for each member of team will be posted
on the board at the company head office…
I think this is a good idea, because people will be eager to get on
the board and the will have a great motivation to work.
2)Staff must send in weekly reports about their activities. This
way the company will know that they have already finished
their work and what they have to do.
3) Organised an informal dinner with each member of team is
also a excellent idea ,you need to understand each participant
as a person and this is only possible outside the workplace.
 4. I think it's a great way to improve your performance to also
give rewards, bonuses.
 You also need to be not only the main but also a friend to every
employee of your company.
5. If you take all these points then in 6 months the company's
business will increase significantly.
I believe that the most important thing is to have a good and
friendly relationship with the team, motivate them, and also
relationships within the company are no less important.
