2 Preparation of power tools (Jackhammer & Diamond Cutter)
3 Chipping/Demolition Works of Existing Road Network (4,000 psi)
4 Restoration and Rectification Works, on Chipped Road Network

Construction of Revised Cyclopean

1 Purchase of materials and consumables.
2 Preparation of tools and equipment.
3 Cutting and fabrication of B.I Pipe (1 1/2" Diameter), for formworks horizontal support
4 Cutting and fabrication of formworks & wood support
5 Stablishment of Layout/Coordinates Plan
6 Installation of permanent formworks (deadform) w/ strong support, prior sand & stone backfilling works
7 Back filling works (Sand & Stone Only), usage of backhoe equipment
8 Manual arrangement of stones on middle portion, filled with sand on voids.
9 Surface Compaction & Perimeter Trimming of Sand & Stone - 4 Layer/Process
10 Application of 20mil Vapor Barrier ( 0.75meter x 40meter ) Polyethylene Sheet
11 Concrete Pouring of Lean Concrete (100mm thick).
12 Conduct inspection with Client & C.M.
13 Turnover and Acceptance.
14 BBCI to issue and release the Certificate of Completion and acceptance of Works.

2) Improvement Projects more than Php 50,000.00 needs an AFE before any project can be implemented
the requesistioner shall provide an AFE if this exceeds the project cost limit.
3) If the Project should be implemented please advice ENGINEERING to provide the approved for construction drawings.
4) 12% VAT is NOT included on material price unless otherwise indicated on the quotation
5.) Prices of the material is based on LS10 last purchased price
