Objective (s): Students will be able to cut/tear and paste material in the given space.

Methodology (Selected in the subject Coordination Meeting should be used):
 First asked the children has any one seen kite flying. Let them share their information.
 Tell them kites history (kites came into existence three years ago in china)
 Show them pictures of different kites.
 Show book pg 7 and guide students to tear/cut paper of different colurs and paste it on kites colour
the clouds -with the colours indicators.
 Reinforce by making children draw kite of their own choice in drawing books and colour it.

Activity:

 Colour the small kites and clouds as shown book pg 7.


 As fun activity make an origami kite by folding square shape into kite shape triangle with patterned
wrapping paper.

Cutting/pasting/folding and drawing
