Letter of Recommendation

It gives me great pleasure in recommending Mrs. Palasha Sharma in her pursuit of

higher education. I have had the privilege of knowing Palasha during her Industrial
training, where I acted as her mentor and supervisor in Shree Mega Power Plant,
Shree Cement Beawar. She attended her training at the power plants of 2 X 18 MW
and 6MW capacities. During the period of my association with her, I have come to know
Palasha as a hardworking dedicated individual who goes above and beyond to achieve
excellence.

She is highly efficient in prioritizing her job and effectively communicating her work both
verbally and in writing. The greatest observation I made about her is that she thinks “out
of the box”. For example, during our training discussions, she suggested many creative
ideas to work on power plants remotely and wirelessly. She was very curious and highly
motivated to detect fault in power lines and worked to improve the surge protection
systems. She proved to possess a sound technical knowledge and its applications. She
is always enthusiastic to provide her perspective on a problem. In my opinion, this
quality is of high value for an engineer. She regularly completed the given task
effectively and efficiently. She was among the top students to submit her report on time.

In addition to her technical skills, she is also a very good team player. She is never
afraid to help her peers. Along with her teammates, she volunteered many projects
during her session of training. She has a matured intellect and exceptional learning
capacity which is a rare combination.

Overall, I give Palasha my highest recommendation. She is a well-disciplined,

industrious individual with a pleasant personality. With full confidence in her abilities, I
can assure you that Palasha would be an excellent candidate for graduate studies in
your esteemed University.

Sincerely,

Pankaj Sharma
