SOP to troubleshoot problems related to running ERP on Internet Explorer

After connecting through VMware VDI or Checkpoint VPN may be faced issue regarding ERP in
Internet explorer so please go through these steps in order to troubleshoot the same.

1. You will get this page in your browser before connecting, so please connect either of the
client provided to you like this.

2. After connecting again refresh the browser you will get ERP login page so just login with your
details and proceed.
3. In case login page not appeared & showing screen like below go to step no 4 for further
troubleshoot.

4. In case of above, you need to add the ERP site address in IE compatibility mode like this
Go to Tools->Compatibility View Settings->Add & close the browser once.

5. After adding this open browser again & ERP will run fine. After clicking on any Java form if
you face issue like shown in below then proceed to step no 6.
6. In case of above issue, you have to follow these steps shown further. First turn off the Pop-
up blocker from tools as Menu->Tools->Pop-up Blocker->Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

7. Now go to another step to add the ERP site in trusted sites as Menu->Tools->Internet
Options->Security->Trusted Sites->Add. While clicking on add, please uncheck the box at
bottom for https verification and close the browser.

8. After add this website in trusted, it will appear as shown below & click on Ok to continue.
9. In case still JAVA shown any problem in browser please go to this troubleshooting also
Menu->Tools->Internet Options->Security->Custom level->Scripting->Enable XSS filter
& click on Disable it
