December- The conceptualization process of the business will strat. It is the time to
determine what type of store will we start and what kind of goods will we provide.

January- After conceptualization; the site-hunting starts wherein we will search for
potential sites where we can set up the business.

February- The enterpreneurs conducted surveys to help determine what goods do the
people demand. In this time the interpreneurs will also start prepring the needed
documents to start the business. At 3rd week of February, the interprenuers will start
looking for potential suppliers of their goods.

March- The enterprenuers will now start screening and advertising for potential
employees. The start of promotion of product will also start.

April- During this time, the construction/renovation and preparation of the site where the
businessis going t uilt will start. Around the 2nd or 3rd of this month, the renovation of
the site would have finished. Afterwards the interpreneurs along with the employees will
set-up the materials and products needed for the business. Final touches to the site will
also be conducted as well as more promotion.

May- The SWEETEAS will now open on the first week of May.
