Morikami Museum Hosts Hatsume Fair

Celebrate The First Bud Of Spring At Japanese Spring Festiva​l

DELRAY BEACH, FLA.—March 17, 2019—Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens is

hosting its annual Hatsume Fair. The fair is set to occur at Morikami Park in Delray Beach, Fla.
on Saturday, April 17 and Sunday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to commemorate the onset of
spring.

Members receive free admission. Admission prices vary for nonmembers. More information

Morikami’s largest annual event, Hatsume Fair, transforms the Morikami Park into a Japanese
spring festival. Continuous entertainment features two stages with taiko drumming, martial arts
demos, and costume and fashion show contests. Hatsume brings avenues of artisan booths, plant
sales, Japanese street fair food vendors, and children’s activities.

“Hatsume Fair is the museum’s most popular event. Every year, we look forward to creating a
one of a kind experience for our guests to enjoy,” said museum president Celia Turner Zahringer.
