Level 1:
CES to install smoke detector for operation mngr office COMPLETED
CES to install smoke detector for level 1 processing room FT to provide conduit and pull wire

Level 2: COMPLETED

Level 3:
CES to install missing smoke detector in AC room FT to provide conduit and pull wire
Level 4:
CES to install smoke detector in coffee room of HR dept. COMPLETED
CES to install door contact on rear door leading to service area FT to provide conduit and pull wire
CES to install missing smoke detector in AC room FT to provide conduit and pull wire
Level 5:
CES to install missing smoke detector in AC room FT to provide conduit and pull wire

CES to fine tune emergency notification on PA system when fire is triggered

CES is working with manufacturer and should be completed by 18/09/2020

Regarding the Glass doors, the contractor Mr. Crawford was repeatedly reminded by CES technician Mr. Glen Linares
that the doors need to be adjusted. Mr. Crawford did get someone who came once and never returned.

NOTE: that FT Williams did not provide any conduit works in the AC rooms or the Processing room on level 1 hence the
reason no smoke detectors
