MAXIMIZING THE IMPACT OF SCHOOL LEADERS DURING COVID-19 SHUTDOWNS

Global  School  Leaders  conducted  a  survey  of  1,800  school  leaders  in  the  Global  South  to  understand  their
concerns  and  challenges  during  COVID-19  shutdowns.  We  learned  that  their  top  three  concerns  are
student well-being, online teaching and finances.

We  created  this  guide  for  school  leaders  to  lead  their  teams  to  address  each  of these top three concerns.
We also list ideas for how governments can support school leaders.
