ACKNOWLEGEMENT

We would like to express our gratitude to Dr. Neena Sondhi who gave us this wonderful
opportunity to work on Consumer Behaviour Project which led us to this amazing Consumer
Decision Making journey. The teachings provided by her have been invaluable for us and it
would not have been possible to complete Phase I of the project.

We would also like to thank all the respondents who took out time from their busy schedule
for us and gave their intriguing insights on their decision-making journey. They have been
kind enough to go on record and answer all our queries. These insights have helped us
understand the consumer behavior a little better and will immensely benefit us in achieving
the mapped objectives during the final phase of the project.

Lastly, we express our sincere gratitude to International Management Institute, New Delhi,
for giving us the opportunity to work on such an interesting project which has helped us in
understanding the consumer behaviour.
