1. What are the ways that TIP envisions itself to be a leading professional technological
institution in the Philippines?
TIP envisions itself as a leading professional technological institution in the Philippines
through outcomes-based education, and a culture of innovation and continuous
improvement, and an institution whose graduates contribute to the welfare of
society.
2. What the TIP envisions for its product or graduates? 
TIP foresee its dear graduate and non-graduate students to continuously help the society in
contributing their experiences and knowledges for the better improvements, innovations
and welfare of the whole community and humankind.
Also, T.I.P. envisions its graduates to adapt various Graduate Attributes such as:

 Professional Competence

 Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills

 Communication Skills

 Lifelong Learning

 Social and Ethical Responsibility

 Productivity

 Interpersonal Skills
3. How TIP continues to empower the Filipino youth?
TIP is one of those institutions whose main objective is to empower the Filipino youth by
having its mission and vision for the students; and by promoting different core values
such as:

 Cleanliness in Mind, Body and Surroundings

 Community Spirit

 Service Orientedness

 Commitment to Extend Scholarship Grants

There are many other advocacies that TIP acquire to inspire and encourage its students.
TIP conducted and is still conducting different seminars/webinars for the welfare of the
youth. With the excellent performance of this institution, TIP gained different certifications,
recognitions, and accreditations all over the world.
4. Aside from the TIP mission to continue to empower the Filipino youth, transform students
into graduates with full competence in their fields of study and who also possess
characteristics. What are those characteristics?
These are the different characteristics that this institution aims to achieve and transform
students into graduates with full competence in their fields are:
 The Filipino values of honesty and integrity, service to others, the importance of
family, frugality, resilience in the face of adversity, and the willingness to surmount
difficulties in order to succeed and excel.
 The industry-desired values of positive work attitude, good communication skills,
proficiency in computers and in the software that pertain to their fields of study,
initiative, and the openness to keep on learning to reinvent themselves.
 The global citizen values of mindfulness, respect for cultural diversity, care for the
environment and the desire to contribute to the general welfare of society.
