BAVARSKI KIFLI (Vukica) Preparation:

Ingredients: You mix the ingredients and make


little balls (smaller than an egg). We
200 ml milk (lukewarm)
spread them into an ellipsoid form
200 ml water (lukewarm) and role them into themselves.

Yeast a bag Boil:

1 tsp salt 2 L water

2 tsp sugar 6 tsp salt

1 cup oil 1 bag baking soda

700 g flour ( approximately ) Put the kifles in until they rise above
and then put them on a well oiled
20 Kifli baking tray. We cut them a bit and
add sesame.

Bake: 25 min/ 250 C
