 TERMS & CONDITIONS
➢ Suitable site access during erection and installation to be provided by the customer. In case of non-
availability of site as per agreed schedule, suitable storage area along with unloading and reloading,
extra transport (if required) shall be provided by the customer
➢ Detailed scope sheet & bill of material for electrical & civil works shall be shared upon order
confirmation.
➢ Delivery of peripherals of rated output are subject to availability. In case of stocks unavailability, an
equivalent component shall be provided
➢ This is based on our site visit and estimation subject to a maximum wire length of 100 meters
➢ Wi-Fi connection, routers, computers & any other appliances required for remote monitoring
system(if applicable) shall be at customer’s scope
➢ Delivery period stated applies from the date of receipt of confirmed Purchase Order and receipt of
down payment
➢ Delivery period extended by any additional time or delays outside the sole control of Magenta
Power or delay not caused by Magenta Power, including weather downtime and any time spent or
lost on additional work, these periods shall not be accounted for
➢ Order cancellation is possible only within 1 week from the order date, subject to cancellation
charges based on the Engineering and job progress, subject to a minimum 10% of the order value
➢ The equipment we propose are designed in accordance with relevant norms, design & safety
standards, in conjunction with Magenta Power’ in-house quality, procedures, electrical specification
and drawing systems. Further information on these systems is available on request
➢ This document has been prepared for the purpose of describing the design of a proposed EV
Charging system with enough detail to demonstrate compliance with all applicable codes &
regulations
➢ The document should not be relied upon as a substitute for following manufacturer installation
manuals
➢ Title to the goods & components delivered to site shall remain vested in Magenta Power Pvt. Ltd. &
shall not pass to the buyer
➢ Electrical power supply point for our tools, equipments and machines during installation at site shall
be provided by the customer
➢ Any of Magenta Power’s tools, tackles or equipments misplaced or stolen from customer’s premises
will be reimbursed and paid at actuals. The delay caused due to this shall not be accounted for
➢ Access to site for our authorized personnel as and when required
➢ Magenta Power will submit a PRN (Payment Request Note) at the completion of every milestone
against which the client will make payments within 10 days from the PRN submission date. Any
delay in payments will be liable for a delayed payment charge of 1% per month of the payable value
➢ The Branding Space shall be under authority of Magenta Power Pvt. Ltd.
➢ The security arrangement for the Charger is to be arranged by the client
➢ A parking space for maximum 4 vehicles near the charger to be arranged by the client

Scope of Supply
• Scope of supply shall be strictly limited to the scope as per the scope of work and services
mentioned in our quotation.
• All civil work, Input & Output cabling to and from EV Charger distribution of power, switchgears and
associated electrical work will be arranged by the customer unless explicitly agreed to in our offer.

Validity
This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of this proposal. If the service and/or equipment are
ordered after this date, we reserve the right to request adjustments
