CONTEST CASE STATEMENTS

Case Statement A:
Mental health is a very important people-welfare element. This is a key HR focus area; HR needs to
drive understanding and empathy across hierarchies through policy, process, and actions.
Case Statement B:
Businesses are adopting AI, ML and Data Science to gain the digital transformation edge over
competition. Using these new-age platforms, HR is also getting transformed and will soon
have people replaced by tools.
Case Statement C:
As the world adjusts to the new normal, workplaces & workforces of the future are open to creative
alternates, but few businesses still see merit in operating the old way. A balanced approach is
necessary now.
