This article, written by former CPA Kenneth W. Boyd, explains everything about
becoming a CPA. In the beginning of this article, Kenneth gives reasoning for why
becoming a CPA is important for someone looking to enter the field of accounting. He
explains the multitude of benefits that come with having a CPA, and discusses which
accounting jobs will require applicants to have a CPA. In the second half of this article,
Kenneth gives a step to step guide for someone looking to become a CPA. This guide
explains the requirements for a CPA and the best way for someone to fulfill these

ETown’s website to research a potential way for me to reach my career goal, and to learn
more about what my college experience would look like if I aim to become a forensic
