Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) is one of the leading B-schools in India. It is located in New
Delhi. It was established in the year 1954 under the umbrella of the University of Delhi. It offers a
full-time MBA program, executive MBA program, Management Development Program (MDP) and a

Selection Process
 FMS Delhi Admission Eligibility

1. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration with at least 50%
marks or equivalent CGPA
2. 45% marks at graduation are required for the candidates belonging to OBC/PwD and CW
category
3. Candidates had to appear in CAT exam and must have scored minimum sectional and overall
percentile to become eligible
4. A candidate appearing for the final year examination and those who have completed the
degree requirements and are awaiting results were also eligible to apply for FMS Delhi for the MBA
program

FMS Delhi Admission Process

Step 1: To be considered for first stage shortlisting process , the candidate has to score the minimum
required sectional and overall percentile in CAT exam.

Step 2: Candidates who are shortlisted are required GD, PI and extempore round in final selection
process in Delhi. FMS Delhi also expects consonant and minimum performance in the different
parameters of PI round.

Shortlisting Criteria
 In the shortlisting criteria, the candidate is awarded weightage to sectional percentile scores
in CAT exam
 An additional 3 marks are added to the Composite score in case of women candidates
 All the Candidates shortlisted for final selection round are expected to attend GD-PI &
Extempore

Step 3: After the GD- PI- Extempore round, final admission offers are made by FMS Delhi to all the
successful candidates. All the candidates are required to come to Delhi Campus for further rounds

Step 4: Final Admission Offer will be made to the candidates on the basis of composite score of on
CAT score, performance in GD-PI-Extempore, Academic profile
